The Audio Archive Guide has launched.

Posted on 14. Jul, 2007 by Lost in Site Rants

LostAudio.com has a humble mission: to save you hours and hours searching through random crap (searching hundreds of sites for a snare, leeching of torrents looking for a drum loop or meddling with thousands of samples for a hihat).

Fuck … even the good stuff is hard to get through. So, here you can find weekly sample and loops packs, as well as singleshots and mixed teasers to get you going and keep going.

There are three preferred sites that LostAudio makes use of: iBeat, SampleSwap and Freesound. These are the best, largest and least BS kind of sites for singleshots, loops, samples, sounds and such.

The best of it all is that everything you find here, is licensed by the respective authors under a Creative Commons License, and thereby free for you to start using. Save your precious time for making music!

We also want to air our opinions. The way other people that make music should have tried to take back whats rightfully theirs ages ago.

Welcome.
